1.Merged the fixes done in Service Pack 02, 05 and 07

CDs:
1.Fixed the inconsistencies between the CUEs’ file name and their corresponding audio tracks, and convert all of them into UTF8-BOM
2.Converted some of the CDs into FLAC instead of the original APE
3.Deleted some of the duplicated CD scans
4.Added one missing CD related to ‘Achiga-Hen’

Misc.
1.Renamed some of the files and folders in order to have a unified naming at the same directory level
